They do not constitute a merchant agreement, processing agreement or reseller contract — those are separate documents issued once a specific rollout is scoped and agreed.

2. This site is informational and commercial in intent

Content on this site describes a commercial white label payment gateway service for the Indian market. Submitting the contact form starts a conversation; it does not create a binding commitment for either party, and it does not guarantee onboarding, approval, or specific pricing.

3. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep platform, pricing-factor and compliance descriptions accurate and current. Specific commercial terms, integration timelines and compliance requirements are confirmed directly during the scoping process and may differ from general descriptions on this site.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the contact form.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to this site or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Do not scrape or republish this site's content for a competing white label payment gateway offering.

5. Onboarding and compliance review

Any progression from an initial enquiry to production access is subject to business verification, KYC documentation and a compliance review consistent with RBI payment aggregator expectations and PCI DSS data-handling practices. We may decline to proceed with any enquiry at our discretion.

6. Intellectual property

Text, graphics, and the visual design of this site are owned by White Label Payment Gateway India or used under licence, and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

This site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site; liability related to an actual processing relationship is governed by the applicable merchant or partner agreement.
